What:    Music 4 Nothin’ Summer Concert Series

Who:     “The 4 Nothin’ Symphony” & “Choir 4 Nothin’”

Where: Trinity Lutheran Church, 19 South Fifth Street, Perkasie, PA 18944

Cost:      Free

Music 4 Nothin’, a local Pennsylvania non-profit organization, advocates music performance for musicians young & old in the community, simply for “nothin’” else but the joy of playing, through its various musical groups!  It begins the first of three performances in this 2013 Summer Concert Series, beginning with a performance of The 4 Nothin’ Symphony and Choir 4 Nothin’!  The 4 Nothin’ Symphony is composed of students and adults performing orchestral arrangements, including Titanic, Phantom of the Opera, & The Dark Night!  Choir 4 Nothin’ will sing a variety of popular and standard selections!  On Wednesday, June 19^th, they will be hosting a Summer Concert Series, free to the public!!!  Starts at 7:30pm at Trinity Lutheran Church, 19 South Fifth Street, Perkasie, PA 18944.  Join us for a wonderful night of music!!!  Visit Music4Nothin.com for more information!!

JAZZ NIGHT RESULTS IN HURRICANE RELIEF

On November 17^th, 2012, Jazz 4 Nothin’ performed to a spectacular audience at the Indian Valley Country Club in Telford, PA.  It was a great night of jazz music, food & drink, and dancing! 

Most importantly, it was in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, which crushed the East Coast leaving people without shelters, electricity, and the bare necessities of life.  In response to the tragedy, Jazz 4 Nothin’ donated a portion of its ticket sales to the American Red Cross in hopes for a speedy recovery for the innocent victims of this natural disaster. 

We thank all those who attended that performance and look forward to your presence again!!!

A BIG band on "Little Lane" is going to be a great time!!  Bring a chair, a picnic blanket, and enjoy the evening of music!  EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE!!  In case of rain, it will be held indoors at the Rec Center facilities.

June Update!

As I said the other month, when you don't hear Nothin' for a while, you know there's somethin' goin' on. And there is. Jazz 4 Nothin' is working some new music and next month, everyone's going to get to hear some new sounds along with some of the ones everyone loves. Superbone Meets the Badman. That's something like Superman and Batman right? Time for some summer blockbusters. ;)
